You will get confirmation delivery so most times they will not “lose” your package.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">What are your policies for Loan Modification? Some lenders require you to be delinquent before they will consider a modification.  What is the debt to income ratio they will accept?</span></p>
